The CSC Innovation Credit Guidelines have been updated.
The updated guidelines are available here. As the main change, there will be six dates per year (exceptionally eight dates in 2022) available for the consultation of petitions. Petitions must be submitted 1 week before the respective date in order to be considered in the consultation round. Otherwise, the petition will not be discussed until the next date.
The Innovation Committee meeting dates for 2022 will be announced at the beginning of January 2022.
